Is Blnk Cloud a fully-hosted solution?
Yes. You can deploy a fully managed ledger from your Blnk Cloud workspace with just a click. No extra setup required.
Where is my data stored?
If you are self-hosting, your data remains on your infrastructure. Blnk Cloud connects securely to your database but doesn’t store or duplicate your data.
Is Blnk Deploy charged separately from Blnk Cloud?
Yes. First, you subscribe to access the Blnk Cloud features. Then you pay per deployment created in your workspace.
What happens if I disconnect my connected instance?
Blnk Cloud will stop working until it’s reconnected. Because your data is self-hosted, you remain in full control and ownership.
Do you offer discounts on Blnk Cloud?
Yes!. Save 10% with annual billing on any paid plan. For organizations with larger teams, please contact our Sales team for custom pricing options.
Is there a free trial for Blnk Cloud?
We do not offer trial plans. However, you can get started for free with our open-source Core or explore Cloud on the Lite plan.
How do seats pricing work?
Each plan includes a maximum number of workspace seats. If you need additional seats beyond the plan's limit, we charge a per-seat fee for only the extra seats added.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
Any usage above your plan limits is tracked and billed at the end of each month. This includes extra seats, storage, instances, and anomaly detection.
What happens if I change plans?
For upgrades, your account is immediately upgraded with pro-rated charges based on your billing cycle. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What is a connected instance?
A connected instance lets you securely connect your self hosted Blnk Core to your Blnk Cloud workspace through database and server URL configurations.
Can I migrate from another platform to Blnk?
Yes, you can. If you need help with migration and getting onboarded to Blnk, contact Support to set it up.
How do I get started?
Sign up to Blnk Cloud and select a plan. Once done, deploy an instance or connect your self-hosted Core to Cloud. If you run into any issues, please contact us at support@blnkfinance.com.
